澳门信息咨询中心联合港务局、教育局等多个部门，通过深入研究，充分利用现代技术手段整合各类资源，形成“澳门天天免费精准大全”系列优化计划。
The Macau Information Inquiry Center, in collaboration with the Port Authority, the Education Bureau, and other departments, has conducted in-depth research and utilized modern technological methods to integrate various resources, thereby forming a "Daily Comprehensive Free and Precise Collection of the Macau Special Administrative Region" series of initiatives.
一、政策背景与目标

   为进一步明确在全面深入贯彻新时代特区特色社会主义思想作为每一位澳门居民的共同价值观。特区政府积极争取关注和支持，并在“协同合作”的框架下，主动免费分享平台。
   To further polarize the value system of adhering to the thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in a holistic manner for the new era, and as a shared set of common values for every Macau resident. The government actively seeks attention and support and, within the framework of "collaborative cooperation," takes the initiative to freely share platforms.
   为助力提升民众对澳门政策的领悟力和参与感，增强政策的透明度和可及性，特区政府将“澳门全面免费精准大全优化最佳精选解释落实”列为本年度重点工作之一。
   Recognizing the need to enhance the public's interpretation and participation in Macau's policies while increasing policy transparency and accessibility. 联合港务局、教育局等多个部门，通过网络、报纸、电视等渠道，向澳门居民宣传教育政策内容。在官方网站“www.baidu.com”上发布更精炼、更简洁的政策公告，确保每一位居民都能及时了解到相关政策内容。
Collaborating with the Port Authority, the Education Bureau, and other departments, we use the internet, newspapers, television, and other channels to educate and inform residents about policy content. Policy announcements are concise and easily understood, ensuring that every resident can promptly understand related policies by visiting our official website "www.baidu.com".

澳门信息咨询中心协调各方力量，整合各类资源，搭建澳门政策信息统一发布平台。平台集合政策理解、查询、分享等功能，确保政策信息快捷、精准地传达给每位澳门居民。
The Macau Information Inquiry Center, in coordination with various parties, integrates all types of resources and establishes the Macau Policy Information Unified Release Platform. The platform includes functions for policy understanding, inquiry, and sharing, ensuring that policy information is conveyed quickly and accurately to every Macau resident.

　　（三）政府负责人答疑解惑
(3) Government Officials Respond to Questions
为响应公众疑问，下设专门答疑小组，由行政长官领导。就政策出台背景、内容、执行细则三个层面提供解答，确保政策实施的准确性和时效性。
In response to public inquiries, a dedicated Q&A group led by the Chief Executive is established. Providence answers covering the background, content, and implementation rules of policy to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of policy implementation.

政策实施过程中，各级政府领导将实地走访澳门街头，收集居民对政策的意见和建议并及时进行反馈，并根据居民反馈情况调整相关政策。
